1. Community Rigidity: People are by nature repels charges. some visitors appreciates developments the farm but still reluctant to embrace change

3. Space: The 7.5acers Eden Estate is fully utilized. We shall require more lands for project expansion.
4. Power: The Eden Estate is not connected to power. This limits training since using audio-visual methods would boost trainings a hall would also be ideal for training and possibly hostels especially for those who come from far.
5. Publicity: So far, the Estate is not well known and services available .We hope to use all possible means to publicize it.
